The purpose of the LGBTQIA+ Officer role is to provide on-site support, hosting, peer-support and administration of Different Journeys LGBTQIA+ supports and activities, including participating in preparation and post-event procedures.
The events may include:
The role includes wearing Different Journeys’ uniform, and travel to different event locations across Bendigo region. Travel time to and from event locations is not considered to be work hours

The position is subject to receipt of external funding, and completion of a national police check and Working with Children check.
