My autism journey began over 15 years ago with the diagnosis of my middle child. Now I have 2! I began working with DJ’s in 2021 and am loving it!! What a great organisation to work for who support not only me but everyone in my family. I love attending swim nights, carer events, teen dinners and my favourite, the Autism Family Camps. I love everything finance so you will find me looking after the bills, paying the wages and doing budgets. I enjoy baking and crafting so this is where you will find me at family camp, completing gem art, doing a little art therapy and decorating cookies.
In the spirit of reconciliation, Different Journeys acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
